Our semester-ly fly-in this time around will be at KFFC (Falcon Field at Peachtree City), on Saturday, March 31st! The plan is to be wheels up from FTY 10am! If you would like to attend (either flying or driving), please let Manny know so that we have enough food! So, what is a fly-in, you ask? A fly-in is when we take over an airport; bust out the grills; cook delicious burgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, etc.; have spot landing contests on a chalked target, aerial water balloon drops; and a lot more! This time around, we’ll also be touring the Commemorative Air Force’s hangars and check out the war birds they have down there! Our fly-ins are usually one of the semester’s most funnest events — just ask any member that’s been to one! Last fly-in, we had some 8 airplanes come and it was a great deal of fun!
